What did you like most about the course or project: 

I wanted you to know how pleased I am with the recent work you provided, 
and I would like to submit a highly positive evaluation. It has been a 
challenge converting from ACT 2 to ACT2000 given 2.0 limitations and the 
fact that ACT did not have a system to automatically convert without 
losing some vital data. 

I have also talked with other ACT consultants who were equally challenged 
regarding how to solve this problem.  I'm glad that you possessed the 
technical ability to solve my problems and convert my business databases, 
even though it required special programming. 

I am also grateful for your expediency in doing the work. I have been 
desperate for a resolution as my business depended on it - and I'm glad 
you had time to do it, and all in one day!  Many thanks to you and 
I appreciate your help.
